PUF's Lori Burkhart: You're elected to the Commission. When were you first elected and how does that process work in Mississippi?
Chair Presley: I was elected first in 2007. I took office in 2008 and was reelected in 2011 and 2015. This year, I've been reelected without an opponent. The last day for someone to file was March 1, and I didn't have an opponent.
PUF: You've been a mayor. How has that helped you here as chair of the Commission?
