WEC Energy Group is one of the nation’s largest electric generation, distribution, and natural gas delivery holding companies, with subsidiaries serving 4.7 million customers in the midwestern states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota. Xcel Energy is an electric and natural gas company serving more than 3.7 million electric customers and 2.1 million natural gas customers across parts of the eight states of Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.
