Constellation, a subsidiary of Exelon, and the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) began construction of a 5.1-MW solar generation project in Baltimore County. The solar power system, spread among the college's three main campuses in Dundalk, Essex and Catonsville, is expected to generate enough electricity to meet approximately 27 percent of the college's electricity needs.
