SunEdison Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire GME from Actis and Mesoamerica Power

SunEdison will acquire a 70 percent interest in GME from Actis, a market private equity investor focused on the energy sector, and a 30 percent interest from Mesoamerica Power Limited.
