Ronald L. Adams, an executive from Transcontinental Gas Pipeline, was named president of CNG Transmission Corp. He replaces L.J. Timms, Jr., who retired.

Lee Elder was hired by GE Nuclear Energy as manager of market development. Elder was g.m. of nuclear marketing and technology for Black & Veatch and started a joint venture between the two companies to service boiling water reactors.

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission has hired Richard L. Heck, a former U.S. Air Force fuel management specialist, as fuel inspection manager. Pamela D. Fye, former office manager for the state attorney general, will manage human resources.

Dorothy J. Lodovico, construction v.p. for South Jersey Gas Co., was appointed to the Garden State Underground Plant Location Service, Inc. board of directors.

Coral Energy, L.P. hired Andrew A. Zipper as v.p. of risk management. Zipper comes from Bankers Trust, where he managed commodity derivatives.
