Norv Clontz: We've been in pursuit of improved reliability performance, and as the old saying from Peter Drucker goes, "If it gets measured, it gets managed." We wanted to get a real understanding of what was driving the changes in our reliability KPIs, such as SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI, and others.
Scott and Jeff did the real number crunching to break down all the components that went into changing reliability KPIs over the years, and looked at the programs that went into improving those KPIs to document and quantify the changes that resulted from said work programs.
