Public Utilities Fortnightly hosted its popular Summer Summit Soapbox Luncheon on Monday, July 15th at the Hilton West Palm Beach.
Volunteers made two-minute soapbox speeches on anything related to utility regulation and policy, distantly related or not, with humor if they chose, in prose, rhyme or song.
The two-minute time limit was enforced by various Commission staffers with deafening cowbells.
