In the stunning atrium ballroom of the National Portrait Gallery, the Keystone Policy Center gave its Annual Leadership Awards to FERC Chair Willie Phillips; Tri-State G&T CEO Duane Highley; Nebraska Congressman Don Bacon; ClearPath Founder Jay Faison; and CBS Evening News Anchor Norah O'Donnell.
The Keystone Policy Center's mission, whether in giving its Annual Leadership Awards or otherwise, is to "empower leaders to overcome national and local policy conflicts they previously thought insurmountable, shepherding shared-goal partners in energy and the environment, among its fields of focus."
