To make sure that transmission reform is not just rhetoric. But something that we can actually get done. We have a number of different rulemakings and proposals that are on the table.
We're trying to deal with the reality on the ground to make sure that we talk about long-term regional planning for transmission. Even more importantly, probably more urgently, interconnection is something that I'd like to see us address.
Right now, we know we have so many projects, clean energy projects, that are waiting in the queue. We know that only [a percentage] of those projects are actually being built right now. If we can unlock that bottleneck, I think we can go a long way to achieving our goals ...
