PUF: Chair Gurnham, what do you regulate? What is the job of the Chair?

Chair Gurnham: We're a fairly unique Board in Canada, with Nova Scotia being a small province. In addition to regulating gas, water, wastewater, and electricity, we're also the Municipal Planning Board, the Expropriation of Compensation Board, we regulate motor carriers, and we regulate assessment appeals.
