PUF's Pat McMurray: How long have you had this job?
Carmen Cintron: I have had this job since October of 2016. But before we begin, I want to say that the opinions expressed are my opinions only, and do not necessarily represent the views of the U.S. government, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or of any of the Commissioners.
PUF: Are you enjoying yourself?
Carmen Cintron: Yes, very much so. Some days are better than others, but overall, yes.
PUF: I heard you tell your story about a tough time growing up in New York City. You came home from school one day and told your mother there was a bully at school who would not let you sit down.
