At the NARUC Winter Meeting last Tuesday, the Energy Storage Association and the Institute for Electric Innovation hosted a delicious breakfast and equally delicious panel discussion. Moderated by Illinois Commerce Commission Chair Brien Sheahan, it featured ESA CEO Kelly Speakes-Backman, IEI executive director Lisa Wood, BGE vice president – regulatory policy & strategy Mark Case, and the chief commercial officer of the storage company Stem, Karen Butterfield.
