The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners has elected Susan F. Clark, commissioner of the Florida Public Service Commission, as its representative on the North American Electric Reliability Council. Clark has served as Florida's commissioner since 1991. Commissioner of the North Carolina Utilities Commission, Allyson K. Duncan, also was elected to serve as a NARUC representative. Duncan will represent NARUC on the advisory council to the board of directors of EPRI.

Tony A. Prophet, former new business development v.p. for AlliedSignal Aerospace Equipment Systems, was promoted to president of AlliedSignal Inc.'s newest subsidiary, AlliedSignal Power Systems Inc. Prophet's responsibilities will include combining aerospace and automotive technologies in turbogeneration systems.

The MGE board of directors has promoted Peter Waldron from power supply operations and engineering assistant v.p., to power supply operations and engineering v.p. Waldron joined MGE in 1980.

Pamela Lesh was hired by ConnexT as its strategic relationships v.p. Lesh joins ConnexT from Portland General Electric where she was regulatory affairs v.p.
