Nevada Commissioner and moderator Tammy Cordova took the stage at NARUC's Winter Policy Summit for a discussion on recent efforts by PG&E on risk mitigation and on the related book, "California Burning." The author of that book, The Wall Street Journal's Katherine Blunt, discussed issues along with Pacific Gas & Electric Corp. CEO Patti Poppe.
