PUF's Joseph Paparello: Give an overview of FLO and how you might help utilities with EV charging.

Chris Thorson: I'm Chief Marketing Officer at FLO. We are an electric vehicle charging company and started about fourteen years ago out of Quebec. Our key point we like to drive home is that we are the uptime leader in the industry. We make products that are rugged.

Our network is reliable. We've got the largest network in Canada outside of Tesla, and we're proud of that. We manufacture our own equipment, operate our own network, and operate our mobile application, so we're a vertically integrated player that does everything. That way, we're able to provide a great experience to our customers.

PUF: How do you work with utility companies?

Frank Fata: I'm Senior Director, Utilities and Smart Charging, I head up the business development side on the utility front. Utilities are conscious about the added load to the network from EV chargers.
