At the fifth meeting of the Joint Federal-State Task Force on Electric Transmission, all fifteen Commissioners gathered together in New Orleans while the NARUC Annual meeting was also taking place. The agenda for the meeting was, Addressing Regulatory Gaps/Challenges in Oversight of Transmission Development.
