An International Scope
Lawrence E. Jones is Vice President of EEI International Programs.
The global electric power industry relies on the cutting edge of branding and communication to tell the story of the clean-energy transition to audiences across the world, from customers to regulators, investors, and governmental organizations.
This is why the CHARGE Energy Branding Conference is so important, and it is part of why we at EEI were delighted to learn that in October, EEI won the 2022 CHARGE Energy Branding Award for Energy Advocates of the Year. The award recognizes EEI for its International Programs and global electrification advocacy efforts.
2022 marks the seventh CHARGE Awards, and with each conference they recognize the hard work of communication from professionals, companies, and organizations within the energy industry. The Energy Branding Conference took place at the Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik, Iceland on October 17 and 18, featuring a wide array of lectures and discussions on innovative ideas in the energy sector.
