The Western Conference of Public Service Commissioners 2021 Online Annual Meeting met June 7 to 8 in cyberspace. The two-day event found Commissioners from the Western United States grappling with tough subjects as regulation advances in the face of a pandemic, weather events, and the road to decarbonization. PUF's Executive Editor Steve Mitnick joined in the experience, with a special panel of Commissioners taking on many of those tough issues, but with a sense of humor. Enjoy these highlights.
