How has Enron's bankruptcy affected the wholesale trading industry and HQ Energy Services' strategy?

I think for the industry, it's a period of reflection. For Hydro-Quebec, we have reflected a little bit. But we are not an equity-owned utility. We stayed with our bread-and-butter business, which is power marketing and trading within Hydro-Quebec's sphere of influence. Clearly, the credit issues with the counterparties we deal with, we had to really re-look at how we were evaluating our counterparties. In our actual business activities, it did not affect us at all. The only thing that really affected us was that the number of counterparties that we trade with is substantially lower now than it was prior to last September.
